cutie cliché dates are so appealing to me. like going ice skating, hot chocolate in one hand and yours in the other. or going to a furniture store and testing the beds together and pretending to be decorating our own place. or dancing in the kitchen while making pancakes and being messy and silly. sometimes doing corny things is a lot of fun, especially with you there.

let’s travel together in a van from the 80’s that has the back decked out with fairy lights and sleeping bags. we’ll travel the road stopping to see the sites, to see shooting stars and watch the sun rise and eat at old timey diner where the waitresses call you honey. I just want to take some time to explore the world with someone I love.

i don’t care if it’s a only a joke, please don’t make comments about how someone’s choice of field of study isn’t going to take them anywhere because it can be a great source of stress and your joke won’t help.
you are moving at your own pace and there’s nothing wrong with that. take your time. at the end of the day, your growth isn’t determined by anyone but you.
